Useful before the NDA
Public listings carry business type, scale, economics, revenue model, operating context, highlights and disclosed diligence questions without revealing identity.
Less chasing · Better context · Clear next steps
BrokerAccord gives serious buyers enough public detail to judge relevance, immediate access to the confidential prospectus after a listing-specific NDA, and a controlled evidence room once an LOI is fully executed.
Our review helps you see what supports a seller claim and what still needs testing. It is not an audit, certification or substitute for your own due diligence.
A more useful buying process
You should not wait for a junior intermediary to drip-feed basic information. You should also not receive raw confidential records before the transaction has earned that level of access.
Public listings carry business type, scale, economics, revenue model, operating context, highlights and disclosed diligence questions without revealing identity.
Identify yourself and sign the disclosure-only NDA. Subject to approval, the confidential prospectus opens on the same listing without a separate qualification interview.
See which seller claims have supporting evidence, which are still awaiting documentation and exactly what BrokerAccord's review does—and does not—mean.
The offer, funding route, LOI, evidence requests, agreement and escrow status remain connected instead of living across disconnected inboxes and files.
How a serious buyer moves
The process separates commercial evaluation from source-document diligence so you can decide whether an opportunity deserves your time before both sides enter exclusivity.
Review the economics, model, operating history, strengths, dependencies and visible risks.
Provide essential identity details and accept the disclosure-only agreement. It is not a non-compete.
See the company identity, detailed financial and operating narrative, evidence inventory and verification boundary.
State price, terms, timing and funding route. Private funding evidence stays with BrokerAccord and is never shown to the seller.
Cash readiness can support ordinary exclusivity; credible financing receives short, milestone-based exclusivity. An exploratory route remains non-exclusive.
The selected buyer receives the controlled diligence room, records questions and findings, then proceeds through the final agreement and regulated escrow.
Integrity in the evidence
A green verification label means BrokerAccord reviewed supporting evidence for the seller claims marked as checked. A red label identifies a listing that is live while documentation or verification is still incomplete.
Neither label guarantees truth, future performance or value. Buyers remain responsible for commercial, financial, legal, tax and technical diligence with advisers appropriate to the transaction.
Be ready when the right business appears
You can sign an NDA and assess a prospectus without proving funds. When you make an offer, explaining the intended route helps determine whether the offer can progress to LOI and what kind of exclusivity is commercially reasonable.
Can support ordinary exclusivity once the LOI is fully executed.
Can support short, milestone-based exclusivity while underwriting advances.
The offer can be considered, but the listing remains non-exclusive until the funding route becomes actionable.
