Interactive resource · Evidence discipline

Follow a claim to its evidence.

A polished claim is not the same as support. Step through the public listing, NDA prospectus and post-LOI evidence room to see what becomes available—and what each status actually means.

Claim ledger

One place to see what was said, supplied and supported.

This fictional ledger demonstrates the vocabulary. “Reviewed” means BrokerAccord examined the supplied item. “Supported” means the available item is consistent with the stated claim; it is not a guarantee.

BrokerAccord checks claims against the evidence available to us.

We do not certify that every seller statement is true, and buyers must conduct their own due diligence.

What the status tells you

Evidence can progress without being overclaimed.

  • Not supplied: the claim exists, but the requested item is absent.
  • Supplied: a file or connection is present; no conclusion is implied.
  • Reviewed: the available material has been examined against the claim.
  • Supported: the available material is consistent with the claim reviewed.
  • Exception noted: a mismatch, limitation or follow-up question is visible.

What the status does not tell you

Verification is not a warranty.

  • It does not transfer the seller's representations to BrokerAccord.
  • It does not replace financial, tax, legal, technical or commercial diligence.
  • It does not mean every relevant period, account or source was available.
  • It does not predict future revenue, traffic, customer behavior or platform access.
People arranging online-business financial, ecommerce, analytics, content and AI-search evidence.
A useful evidence inventory spans the systems that actually produce the online business: orders, subscriptions, content, campaigns, analytics, accounts and ownership records.

A claim-to-evidence trail

Organized evidence shortens the distance between interest and conviction.

An online business may depend on storefront orders, payment accounts, subscriptions, search traffic, paid campaigns, marketplace channels, content libraries, software, domains and supplier arrangements. Those systems rarely tell the whole story in one export.

The ledger keeps each commercial claim beside the evidence offered for it. Buyers can see where support is strong, where a file was merely supplied and where an exception deserves a direct diligence question.

Three controlled access layers protecting an online-business evidence room.
The same opportunity becomes progressively more detailed without publishing confidential identity or source files to the open web.

Progressive disclosure

Rich enough to assess; controlled enough to protect.

The public listing should explain the business model, scale, financial shape, channels, operations, transferability and opportunity in meaningful detail. Identifying information remains locked.

After the NDA and account step, the same listing URL can unlock the prospectus. Post-LOI access then opens the evidence room according to the deal process. Access is permissioned, logged and revocable; downloads can be governed by the transaction policy.

Methodology · BA-ER 1.0

Three layers. Five exact statuses.

01

Publish the assessable opportunity

Expose decision-useful anonymous facts and structured data without company identifiers or sensitive source files.

02

Unlock the prospectus after NDA

Reveal identity and fuller commercial detail on the same canonical listing URL for an approved buyer account.

03

Open evidence after LOI

Release underlying files and connections under controlled access as the transaction enters diligence.

04

Preserve the audit trail

Keep the claim, file, review outcome, exception and later replacement or update connected.

Fictional example: Northstar Commerce and every figure, claim, file and status on this page are invented solely to demonstrate the interface. No real seller or private evidence is displayed. Access labels describe workflow state, not investment merit.
